The purpose of MAMOA shall be to serve as a vehicle to represent its members’ interests in the amusement industry through communication and education of all stakeholders. The Corporation shall also engage in legislative advocacy and political expenditures in pursuit of the advancement of amusement industry businesses or any other interest to the members of the Corporation.

New regulations proposed by the State Lottery and Gaming Commission could potentially outlaw many video games and almost all redemption machines in Maryland.
